after a long time of not writing anything It just hit me – that need to write again. To comunicate with fellow bloggers and readers…even if i most likely dont have that many now. There a lot of reasons why I havent been blogging: personal issues, lots of work, projects that has nothing to do but might in the future have to do with blogging…Anyways I hope that soon mrs LUCK will be on my side again. If you believe and work hard she will. So that is what i do.

Now to a very exciting company whom i allready adore without having ever bought there product: the Honest Company by Jessica Alba and Christopher Gavigan. The idea is to create diapers and baby products but also home cleaning products that actually are good and honest. Diapers that are without toxics, biodegradable, plantbased, secure, comfortable and fit but also so cute! I can honestly say that i used the big brand diapers on my son and i properbly created a montain of waste. I remember thinking about these diapers made out of fabric but was to lazy to even start researching the possibility of it. But now for people like me this is it! I can be ecofriendly, good to my babies skin and good the earth. And clean the house and actually leaving it clean and safe. It’s just the perfect pack and more over it does not seem that expensive either – cause whats the point if you do good products but then nobody can afford it.

Finally finished…gosh I have been waiting for the creative nerve to kick in and this weekend it did. Finished the bedspread wih recycled fabrics for my sons bed. A bit too late though since the bed has grown. But i don’t care.
I also almost managed to make myself a bag and know Im doing some cute knit hats for the fall that finally seems to be hitting Barcelona too!
Desperatly looking for the shack of designer Isabel Marrant and Jeromy Dreyfuss in France with no luck. Where did I saw it today? In what blog? I was sure it was the NY times…but anyhow NY times allways has great slideshows of homes and now I found a photo of this so perfect in every way childs room. The whole wall to paint on, the light coming in, the use of antique furniture..the lamp and one of my all time favorite interior item: the globe. The color of the walls and the geographic patterned carpet makes perfection.
…but i still wonder: where are all the toys? the mess? … the crayons for making those drawings. I know I know its a photoshoot but still.
Have a lovely weekend! I so need it!

The Brook Farm General Store...I would love to have one in my neighbourhood! Come over the Atlantic and build one here too!
Love the soft colors and that seems the natural handfeel and feelgood-ness about it all!
..and if there were one for adult size I would sure get one! Does not take up space at all and its just so smart and cool modern scandinavian looking ( you know what I mean ). Plus it rocks gently and that might help you some if you been wrestling with some sleepless nights. And you can bring it with you on travels too! A perfect all in one bed for the first months of your baby. From Mawok.

Anyhow just got back from some 2 weeks of vacation in a sunny Stockholm. We did some days in the outskirts of the archepelago, visited Dalarna and the lake Siljan and also had one night at the Marina Tower hotel thanks to my beautifull friends. If I have time soon I will show you pics.
Now I know it’s summer and its hot outside. I know we just want to run around butt naked in the sun, dive into the waves or just chill under a tree BUT I found this super cute collection over at GOOP and I wanted to share ( and save in my files…since this blog is like a file sharing thing for me ) Just adorble and its teaches you one or two things too:
All of Waddlers Alpaca wool is sourced in Bolivia and Peru from small farmers. As well as providing an income for thousands of families, Alpacas are also an environmentally friendly animal. Unlike sheep and goats, they have soft toes that don’t damage delicate eco-systems and their grazing doesn’t cause soil erosion. They e source Alpaca fur from the high number of animals that die naturally in the foaling season. Alpacas are not farmed for their fur and Waddler does not support fur farming. *(Baby Alpaca refers to the fine grade of the wool rather than it coming from young Alpacas)
I got a little bit wiser and I really want to shop now! Like the super cute wolf and bear hooded jumper for fall. Amazing!
