found this via the lovely ELSA-MAY….very very interesting and oh so true…we get blinded by the obligation of consuming that is the constant message from the society of today and we dont see what it is that makes us truly happy. I just woke up from an afternooon nap so I dont know if im making myself clear but anyhow its defenatly worth a look…im gonna make me some coffee now

Macaroons are just so darn pretty – every time I see photos of them I just crave them!!
These look so delish! I’ve never had a macaroon but I am dying to try one. Maybe I’ll make a batch this winter if I can’t find any locally.
