Tangerine Tango

As I, a bit late, noted that the color of the year is Tangerine Tango i got excited and search for some more images. Its just so upbeat and fun! I need to get read for spring – loose 5 kg and get a light tan and do my hair and nails – and then buy a dress like this that Gwyneth is wearing from Diane von Furstenberg. So nice! On her…You can find it on net-a-porter where you also find the perfect sweater in soft corall here above. Leather necklace as the photo of soft summer hues from Etsy.

An apartment in Stockholm…

…can I pretty please? Its for sale actually and if I would be in my home town this Saturday I would for sure go and see it. Even if I cant buy it,  it would just be for dreaming about being able to buy it. And the building itself is this 1920’s house, all restored and in perfect condition. With a big terrass and green areas just stepping out the front door.  Im in love. See more here.

David Hockney’s adventure

He has allways been one of my favorite modern painters. David Hockney. The vibrant colors, the playfullness, the unexpected. As one of his latest adventures with using the IPAD for drawing. He is not afraid in a very critical world and that is something to hold on too. Below is still one of my favorites -A bigger splash – and the poster of it that I bought as a kid when in London with my parents still hangs in my room at home. And underneath 2 examples of his IPAD drawings.

He is currently exhibiting at the ROYAL ACADEMY of ARTS in London.

Peacefull and also stunning colors of this still life from House of Ceramics.

And maybe one day I will, oh yes I will, make marchmallows. These are Chai Latte flavour…maybe as a treat to myself since I, to my surprice, went running last night. Yes! 3 km in 20 minutes. Not bad not bad, a whole lot better then sitting on your but infront of the tv so today I am proud.

Wow so much inspiraton today!

So i went browsing the amazing Australien blog the design files ( thanks to decor 8 were you also can see the video about the happening ) and found that they in december had done a open house meaning basically apart from tons of work:  finding a really stunning house, decorating it with things from 72 artist, invite all the people you know and sell, market, have a beer, enjoy!

Would love to do that here in Barcelona!

Apart from that happy finding I also was thinking about taking some time of ( yeah in my dreams ) to go to a beach, preferably near a bar like this, siting under a distance indicator ( just made up that word ) like the one above and buying me a carravan from France were i can read about roof top gardens in New York.
