ah what a joy!

it is just so inspiring to see these pictures of the launch of ww fashion collection JOHN PATRICK fall winter 2010 /11  – everyone first of all looks happy. They look like they are doing something they really believe i. Enjoying it!

And that is what fashion should be -  a tool to send a message to people, a positive message that we can dress fabulous and still be responsible for earth – our future. The last part might sound less then glamorous but why is that so? Why is it that the minute we think eco fashion we think boring, grey and dull…when its something completely different: its trendy, its cool, its true beauty.

You can be a treehugger and still wear high heels!

Fashion is if not number one industry the pollutes our home. And if we as consumers dont make healthy choices then who will for us? We have to take a stand. And who better to do it with then JOHN PATRICK.

I hope to be able to have some more info about him and his line soon but for now see the glorious pics below taken by Margo Dooney from the NY city launch.
