Tires and playgrounds

Your old tires aint workin no more? This is a very cool way to reuse them among all the other excellent ways ive seen. I guess this got me cuase with the green grass and all it just lightens up the grey city. Plus kids can play and jump on them. Which reminds me of how much I want to change career and start drawing playgrounds.

Design by LEFTOVERS

Two talented girls from Sweden believes in rebirth of old things, giving them a new life, maybe a new home.  As they say pre-loved can be re-loved. All furniture has very different styles so there is something for everyone. I personally love below even if they dont go together at all. I guess one for my cozy craft room if I had one, the other 2 for my loft in NY and the last one for my miami summer house. Oh yeah if that only was true!

Cast away colors – summer forcast 2012

Hi! What a lovely morning ! I have a slowly stream o visitors to my blog and its growing. Not fast but steady and I’m so happy for it! I’ve been going on for about a year writing about babywear, interior and green findings, basically things that interests me so this is my little archive I’m sharing with the world. And a long with this came new friends so thank you all! Ah life is wonderfull. Just want to share a page from my favorite magazine VIEW. They are talking about the summer forcast colorways and materials of 2012! And its good cuase it’s a lot about recycle, using ecological  materials and of course a lot about volumes: ‘draping and looping in an almost random way, asymmetric layers formed of multi textures, all fluid and unstructured in construction’. Love it!

the pic with the tapes are from latest view, the book Amazon, the handcarved wooden vases from viva terra, the vases that breads spring is from this adorble blog and the farm door image is from cococozy.

more wonderfull bags…

OH this is a totally different style of bags then what I wrote about in last post. But I still love them! So Boho Chic and such longing for summer and my favorite tunic with sandals. One of these bags would just go perfect…and what astonishing work ( do you write astonishing like that?!?! ) – all the search for vintage indian tripal fabrics, the study of how to patch it all together so nicely and the careing for something so pretty. Adore this too! From Etsy store Dazzling Lana

She has totally find her thing!  I want one…so I have to save up. And that dont mean the bags are expensive. They are defenatly worth their price. Its all researched materials put together to a very calm and beatifull item made to be worn forever. It just doesn’t goes out of style. Love it!
