Below image is the front cover of Elle Decor here in Spain. The storage furniture is apperantly from IKEA and then they just covered it in this amazing asian inspired paper. Also love the stripes chair and all the hyacinter ( have no idea the name of that flower in english…).  We allways need flowers in a room! But sincerly i would not like to live in a house with that humed struck wall.. but I have to admit it looks nice on photo.

Anyways what i wanted to get to was that brilliant idea of doing the wallpaper thing on a furniture. We have seen it so many times but this to my taste is one of the better. Now to the problem: where to find wall paper like that?

…for Sam’s room and all his books. I just adore the fresh energetic orange color. And instead of having an ordinary bookshelf this to me brings more light and air to the space…no? More movement…

Part from that this kids collection of toys is pretty awesome! Just look at the starwar guru, the yellow globe, the dinos, the almost eames chair or is it an eames chair with other chair legs? The bunker bead is pretty cool too!

Desperatly looking for the shack of designer Isabel Marrant and Jeromy Dreyfuss in France with no luck. Where did I saw it today? In what blog? I was sure it was the NY times…but anyhow NY times allways has great slideshows of homes and now I found a photo of this so perfect in every way childs room. The whole wall to paint on, the light coming in, the use of antique furniture..the lamp and one of my all time favorite interior item: the globe. The color of the walls and the geographic patterned carpet makes perfection.

…but i still wonder: where are all the toys? the mess? … the crayons for making those drawings. I know I know its a photoshoot but still.

The bags are so huggable – especially the pink shopping. Can i just have it at home like a pillow or something? Love the label to: sais how fish nets in gr was recycles to make the fabric. Super!

and here we go! One of these will be my new sneakers for fall. Or all of them…depends on my wallet.

When going through all september issues yesterday I found this publicity for the splendid dame Vivienne Westwoods accesories. What a contrast! The rebellious lady is still going strong with her political statements of what needs to be adressed and talked about…loudly. If you look closely on the bottom of the page its sais: Leonard Peltier is innocent.

Yep last night I got creative and I made myself a dress. You like it? I am happy with the result and I think I will do some more…Got some compliments for it when wearing it yesterday too so at the end of the day I was rather proud and ready to sow some more!  Anyhow  tonight i will let my overlock rest -  after everyone has gone to sleep I will be up reading Lonny !

Yes I do. I want a Mac. And i want to fill it with DIY project and ‘real-life’ projects like doing my own collection of WW and babywear…and filling it with more stunning photos, ideas etc for my blog. Yes I want a Mac and a drawing board. And also the laptop case from Paul Smith. Availble at my new favore on line store Mr Porter. Just one thing – but where is Mrs Porter?
