Hi! Hope you all had a great weekend.

Yesterday it was all relax, sun and sand for me. As Sundays should be. And I sure needed it since the Fantastic handmade market by Etsy makers of Barcelona was held for the first time. It was I think for everyone involved a great experience. Thanks to a great marketing team there were lods of people from 4 o’clock in the  afternoon til 9 at night. A good vibe, nice music, great decoration and most of all superb Etsy makers! Jewellery, beading, photography, illustrations, clothes, leather items, baby clothes….Real fun to take part of and so nice to meet all of you! We should sure do it again!

We are real gratefull for all friends who came to see us and also really happy that the Etsy man visiting the market from London actually bought one of our baby one piece! Also we got some new contacts and more over a lot of praise for what we do, so that gives us lots of enthusiasm and hope that we are doing the right thing. Thank you!

The first market by us Etsy creators are held this Saturday 4th of may in Barcelona! We are very excited to promote our handmade items along with fellow etsians and more over spread the word of Etsy to people over here.  The girls organizing the event has worked so so hard – thank you! Hi there! Hope you all are fine! Yesterday I attended an on-line etsy seminare on how to basically start a shop over at Etsy. As you know I allready have my shop there but it’s great to learn a few new tricks and also again understand how ever so important photos are! And I am learning to manage photoshop and my camera better every day. I would though love to take a course on photography – that would help a lot! Anyway as we have grey skied over here in Barcelona I thought of giving you some yellow happy sunshine today with some finds over at Etsy including some new things from Oncle Hope.  Have a great weekend if I don’t see you before that!

Oh yes I am looking for a new BIG rug for the livingroom. First of all the floor is stone and sort of pinkish beige…horrible color but what to do, and more over it’s freezing cold in the winter time. We are renting the apartment so can’t really start putting in nice wooden floors that we can’t bring with us when we one day move.

So we should invest in some nice rugs instead where soon our little Milo can move around on. He is not 3 months yet but it goes so fast! Below is what my hunt on the internet led to. From around 100 – 450 euros. I just have to decide what style I should go with: artsy, modern, ethnic…oh i don’t know!

…my most wonderfull Stockholm how pretty you are!

Yes we did have a great 3 weeks of vacation me and my 2 boys, staying with the family, having Easter with the Easter whiches and the Easter bunny, playing and building with lego ( the best toy ever! ), going to the park, strolling at Gamla Stan, tapas at Sodern….Rosendahl and seing a wonderfull exhibition at Fotografiska and lunch with a very dear friend. Below photo from the current exhibition by amazing Ruud van Empel. Wish I had bought a poster!!!!

And now we are back. Working on some new things for OH – especially since on the 4th of may we will have the first market by Barcelona Etsy makers! So hope there will be tons of people and great fun! But that I am sure of – please join the pary if you are over here!

Below legging we are working on – LOVE leggings! And we will have lods more in a week or maybe two. Promise.
